Add TODO items to the progress tracking file [dev_tracking.md](../../../docs/dev_tracking.md)

## Instructions

1. Understand the user's request: `$ARGUMENTS`

2. Read the current progress tracking file

3. Add new items to "⏸️ Not Started" section:
   - Place under the appropriate category
   - Use `[ ]` checkbox format
   - Correlate with existing design and implementations

4. Clean up the file:
   - Remove duplicates or obsolete items
   - Prioritize important tasks (move them higher)

5. Update `**Last Updated**` date at top of file

6. Show diff summary of changes
