Automated summary
Runs the full analysis pipeline on a content dataset — profiling, trends, geography, and competition — and generates a strategic report with recommendations.
Strengths
- Chains all four analyses in a single invocation instead of running them separately.
- Produces a structured report with an executive summary, findings by area, and seven recommendations.
- Reuses intermediate results already present under output/{argument}.
- Delegates execution to a general-purpose agent in an isolated forked context.
Limitations
- Report quality depends entirely on the supplied dataset and on the content-profiler, trend-analyst, geo-analyst, and content-strategist agents.
- Does not validate assumptions with the user; limitations appear only in the Risk Factors section.
- Assumes a fixed output layout (output/{argument}) and that upstream analysis files exist or can be generated.
When you need a complete strategic read of a content catalog rather than a single-dimension analysis.
When you only need one phase such as trends or geography, or when no dataset folder is available for analysis.
Security analysis
CautionNo destructive, exfiltrating, or obfuscated commands are present, and the workflow is a legitimate analysis pipeline. However, the skill grants broad filesystem/Bash tools and inserts an unvalidated argument into paths, so it warrants caution rather than a clean safe rating.
- •Declares Bash/Write/Edit, enabling filesystem modification; no explicit sandboxing or path validation is described.
- •The `{argument}` value is interpolated directly into filesystem paths such as `output/{argument}/...`; a crafted folder name could enable path traversal outside the intended output directory.

Strategy — Full Content Strategy Report
You are executing the :strategy skill for the 10x-content-intel plugin.
What This Skill Does
Runs the full pipeline — Profile → Trends → Geo → Compete → Strategy — and generates a comprehensive strategic report with actionable recommendations.
Instructions
Step 1: Run All Upstream Analyses
Execute each phase sequentially, following the respective agent instructions:
- Content Profiler (
agents/content-profiler.md): Clean and profile the data - Trend Analyst (
agents/trend-analyst.md): Analyze temporal patterns - Geo Analyst (
agents/geo-analyst.md): Analyze geographic distribution - Content Strategist (
agents/content-strategist.md): Synthesize all findings
Step 2: Load All Results
After running all analyses, gather findings from:
output/{argument}/scan_report.mdoutput/{argument}/trends/trend_analysis.mdoutput/{argument}/geo/geo_analysis.mdoutput/{argument}/compete/competitive_analysis.md
If any of these don't exist yet, run the respective analysis first.
Step 3: Generate Strategy Report
Create output/{argument}/strategy_report.md with this structure:
# Content Strategy Report — {Dataset Name}
Generated on: {date}
## Executive Summary
- 5 bullet points summarizing the most critical findings
- One-paragraph strategic direction
## Content Library Overview
- Total content count, type split, date range
- Data quality summary
## Key Trends
- Content growth trajectory
- Genre evolution
- Format/duration shifts
- Seasonality patterns
## Geographic Landscape
- Top producing countries
- Regional concentration
- Co-production patterns
- Underrepresented regions
## Competitive Analysis
- Oversaturated genres
- Opportunity gaps
- Rising categories
## Strategic Recommendations
1. [Recommendation with rationale]
2. [Recommendation with rationale]
3. [Recommendation with rationale]
4. [Recommendation with rationale]
5. [Recommendation with rationale]
6. [Recommendation with rationale]

## Risk Factors & Considerations

- Market assumptions
- External factors

The download contains exactly the content displayed on this page. This copy may differ from the latest version in the source repository.
View the source and supporting filesThis download contains SKILL.md only. Any scripts, references, templates and dependencies are not included. Get the required files from the source, preserving their directory structure, before continuing.
1. Download the file
Download SKILL.mdFrom the root of a test project, save the file as .skill-downloads/full-strategy-analysis-mrx3xxqp/SKILL.md, or use the command below. This folder is for inspecting the skill before installation.
Command for macOS/Linux or WSL: requires a POSIX shell and curl. On Windows without WSL, use the download button and create the folder manually.
mkdir -p '.skill-downloads/full-strategy-analysis-mrx3xxqp' && curl --fail --show-error --location 'https://skills-guides.com/api/skills/full-strategy-analysis-mrx3xxqp/download' --output '.skill-downloads/full-strategy-analysis-mrx3xxqp/SKILL.md.part' && mv '.skill-downloads/full-strategy-analysis-mrx3xxqp/SKILL.md.part' '.skill-downloads/full-strategy-analysis-mrx3xxqp/SKILL.md'2. Check prerequisites
Read SKILL.md before using it. If it references scripts or external services, inspect them and prepare the required access in your test environment.
No recognized prerequisites section in this file. This does not mean it is self-contained: libraries, tools and access requirements may be mentioned elsewhere in the content or source repository.
The platforms on this page are catalog indications. The paths below follow tool documentation; they do not prove this skill has been run in those tools. No minimum tool version is confirmed for this listing.
3. Load the skill
After inspection, copy the complete folder into your project using one of the commands below, then open a new tool session. The command stops if a folder with the same name already exists: compare the files before replacing it.

test -f '.skill-downloads/full-strategy-analysis-mrx3xxqp/SKILL.md' && test -s '.skill-downloads/full-strategy-analysis-mrx3xxqp/SKILL.md' && mkdir -p '.claude/skills' && test ! -e '.claude/skills/strategy' && cp -R '.skill-downloads/full-strategy-analysis-mrx3xxqp' '.claude/skills/strategy'OpenSkills
OpenSkills must already be installed. The local install/read procedure is checked with OpenSkills 1.5.0, which requires Node.js ≥ 20.6.0. Catalog slugs are not resolved automatically.
Official OpenSkills installationopenskills install './.skill-downloads/full-strategy-analysis-mrx3xxqp'openskills read 'full-strategy-analysis-mrx3xxqp'Reading should display the installed file content and its base directory. It does not run the skill or install its dependencies.
For an agent that reads AGENTS.md, then sync the index. This command changes AGENTS.md: review the diff before using it.
openskills syncManual method or another tool: attach SKILL.md to a conversation, or open it in an agent that can read files. Include any required supporting resources. No universal folder is recognized by every tool.
4. Try a first task
Use a short, synthetic input: an API endpoint, a small document or an interface brief. In a new conversation, attach the file or give the agent its path, then adapt this request:
Read .skill-downloads/full-strategy-analysis-mrx3xxqp/SKILL.md and apply its instructions to this example: [describe a test input]. Identify any missing files, dependencies or access. Produce the result requested by the skill without inventing data or running unreviewed scripts.Expected result: output matching the skill instructions, or a precise list of missing prerequisites. A read confirmation alone does not validate a first use. If an external resource is unavailable, that path remains untested.
