Step 4: Add Comment to Issue

สร้างไฟล์ kb/05-ai-reviewed/retrospective/YYYY-MM/retrospective_YYYY-MM-DD_hhmmss.md

Step 5.5: Promote to KB (canonical)

Gate: ทำเฉพาะเมื่อ STATE = completed เท่านั้น. ถ้า pending/blocked → ข้าม (working note ค้างใน kb/00-inbox/ ต่อ ไว้ promote ตอนเสร็จจริง) เฉพาะงานที่มี RUAYS ticket. ถ้า ticketless (เช่น ad-hoc/exploration, ISSUE ว่าง/-) → ข้าม (retro ใน 05-ai-reviewed/ พอแล้ว — promote เข้า 01-projects ทำเฉพาะงานที่ผูก ticket) นี่เป็น judgment step — Claude ทำเอง (อ่าน → จัดหมวด → เขียน). อ้างอิง [[PLAYBOOK]] Mode B + C

Retrospective.md — สรุปจาก retro ที่เพิ่งสร้าง
อัปเดต service MOC <service>.md (ตาราง Active Work → ย้ายแถวไป Done)

5.5.4 — กระจาย learning ตามชนิด (อันไหนไม่มีก็ข้าม):
